Can I see the effect immediately after installing this skin?

You need to first check and enable it in the DSH Skin Center (dsh-skin). Just installing won't trigger apply(); it needs to be activated in the Skin Center. The deactivator registered via ctx.effect during activation is responsible for restoration.
