Key points
- When work begins, goals and meeting action items become tasks, owners, and plans.
- While work is in progress, members and agents execute and update progress in the same task context.
- When work is completed, documents, decisions, and supporting material return to the original task and project.
- When the team collaborates, every member and agent reads the same authoritative state and continues from there.
- Linux x64. The bundled native Whisper runtime is currently available only for this platform.

FAQ
Where does the plugin create tasks? Where is the data stored?
All business data is written to the SQLite database bundled with DSH. The default directory is $DSH_HOME/flowboard; if DSH_HOME is not set, it's ~/.dsh/flowboard. Uninstalling or upgrading the plugin does not automatically delete this directory, manual cleanup is required.
Where are browser meeting recordings uploaded to?
The browser encodes slices to WAV via VAD, then uploads to the embedded API, landing in $DSH_HOME/flowboard/uploads. The server's Whisper Worker reads these files locally for transcription. After transcription is complete, the Worker cleans up temporary files. The entire process does not go through any third party.
Can the browser read the API Token?
No. In embedded mode, Host generates a 32-byte random base64url Token each time it starts, used only internally within the Host. The browser calls Host via DSH Typert Remote and does not directly hold or read the upstream API Token.
Can the plugin only be used on Linux?
The built-in Whisper CLI only provides a vendor variant for Linux x64. On macOS or Windows, starting a meeting for the first time will throw "The bundled Flowboard transcriber does not support…". You can bypass this by setting environment variables FLOWBOARD_TRANSCRIBE_COMMAND/ARGS to point to an external transcriber.
Is the data still there after uninstalling the plugin?
Yes, it remains. Uninstalling only removes profile dependencies and configuration, and does not delete $DSH_HOME/flowboard. If cleanup is needed, first stop DSH, backup and confirm the directory, then delete it.
Is manual database creation or migration required?
No. On first startup, it automatically creates the SQLite file, writes schema_migrations (version 3), and seeds the default Owner, Default Team, Default Project. The current Alpha does not provide a production environment migration chain; when schema evolves, the database needs to be manually rebuilt.
Can Agent directly modify tasks?
Yes. FlowboardService registers a set of flowboard_* tools in Host (flowboard_snapshot, flowboard_create_project, flowboard_create_task, flowboard_update_task, flowboard_observe_meeting, flowboard_ack_meeting, etc.). All writes go through authorization, runtime validation, idempotent keys, optimistic locking, transactions, and auditing.

Pitfalls
Review the upstream repo before installing. This guide is auto-derived from indexed fields and may lag the latest release. If anything contradicts the official docs, treat the upstream source as authoritative.
