Does this plugin require any separate backend service to be installed?

It requires a running OpenBiliClaw backend (default listening on 127.0.0.1:8420, with Agent Bridge v2 enabled). The plugin itself does not include scraping/source management capabilities, which are still handled by the main project (backend + browser extension/mobile app).

What is the relationship between the plugin and the OpenBiliClaw browser extension/mobile app?

The panel and Agent tool share the same backend state (the same config.toml / SQLite / profile): favorites in the panel are immediately visible to the Agent tool; probes answered by the Agent are synchronized to the panel. All three clients can use the same data simultaneously.
