Pre-commit task-omission audit for DSH: scans the current workspace for uncommitted changes, reads a design document, and dispatches a DSH subagent to compare the design document's promised points against the actual implementation, then reports missing or partially-done items; also provides a token cost analysis, cross-session audit history, and a separate client-side view.
